We understand that travel plans can change! You can cancel or reschedule your tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. For private or multi-day package tours, specific terms may apply based on third-party accommodation and transport policies—please check your booking voucher for full details.
